Wooden cabin overlooking the Owl Mountains ⛰️

Imagine starting your morning on your private terrace, surrounded by meadows and forests, with the Owl Mountains stretching out in front of you. Instead of city noise, you wake up to birdsong and the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains.

The cabin is located within the small Przygórze 201 retreat, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Owl Mountains. The retreat’s main building is nearby, so you are not completely cut off from the outside world, while still having your own independent cabin and private space to relax.

One of the advantages of staying here is that, upon prior arrangement with the hosts, you may also use additional facilities available at the retreat. It’s a great choice for those who want to stay close to nature, explore the mountains and relax in their own cabin while still having convenient amenities nearby.

The cabin

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a small fold-out sofa for a child, approximately 170 cm long. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes dishes, cutlery, pots and everything you need to prepare simple meals. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and basic spices are also provided. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are waiting for you too, so there’s no need to overpack.

Outside, you’ll have your own private terrace with a seating area and barbecue — perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the mountains or a long evening after a day on the trails.

What can you do nearby?

The forest begins just around 20 metres from the retreat. Nearby hiking and cycling trails lead towards Kalenica, Przełęcz Woliborska and Wielka Sowa. Both Kalenica and Wielka Sowa have observation towers offering panoramic views across the Sudetes.

Other places worth visiting include the former coal mine in Nowa Ruda, the underground tunnels of the Riese complex and the impressive Srebrna Góra Fortress.

It’s a place where you can spend the day exploring the mountains, then return to your own cabin, sit outside on the terrace and simply relax.
